How can I make an order?
- Visit the homepage of the Easy Yemen Mart website, "the best market for you" to find the product you want to buy.
- Click Add to Cart
When you have finished adding an item to your marketing cart, click on the marketing cart icon or Save again. If you need to edit the items in your marketing cart, click Delete next to the item in the cart.
- Press to proceed to check and follow the instructions on the screen
Review the order information and then click Place your order to complete the purchase process. You will see the order confirmation screen when the purchase is completed
Shipping and payment
- Click on the Check Out Cart icon after reviewing the items
In your marketing cart
- If you place an order for an item that has been sold using a credit card, no fees will be deducted on you until the order enters the shipping process, and if you place an order from one of our external vendors, little fee may be imposed on your card at the time of purchase.
- If this is your first request, enter your account or create a new account
Enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information
Note: If there is more than one item in your order, you will be given the option to group your items with the fewest shipments possible or ship the items as they become available (at an additional cost).
Review your order details and make sure that you apply any gift cards or promotional codes that you want to use when you order.
Review or change something about my order before it enters the shipping process.

Delivery will be free for orders whose value exceeds 100,000 riyals when purchasing from within the governorate or for orders whose value exceeds 200,000 thousand riyals when purchasing from outside the governorate
Easy return
If the product you purchased does not fit you or if it is not what you expected, you can return it Within one day of your receipt if it is in the same governorate, or within two days if you are not in the same province
